AMC Networks owns and operates several popular and award-winning brands in cable television, including AMC, BBC AMERICA, IFC, SundanceTV, WE tv, IFC Films, and a number of fast-growing streaming services, including the AMC+ premium streaming bundle, Acorn TV, Shudder, Sundance Now, and ALLBLK.
The Company also operates AMC Networks International, its international programming business, and 25/7 Media, its production services business.
AMC is best known for producing the drama series Mad Men, Breaking Bad, Hell on Wheels and Walking Dead.

Josh Sapan stepped down as CEO of the company in August 2021 and Matthew Blank is now Interim CEO as the company looks for a permanent replacement. Sapan had been CEO of the company since 1995.
